Dinner Time (1928) *

The first, unsuccessful, attempt to create a sound cartoon, released two moths before Disney's "Steamboat Willie". It's a typical Farmer Al Falfa film, with badly conceived sound effects. Produced by Van Beuren and directed by Paul Terry.
