Lullaby Land (1933) ***

A cute toddler finds himself in dreamland, full of bizarre trees, flowers and various objects, some useful, some dangerous (like pins, scissors and matches). Fortunately, he encounters a wise, old Sandman, whose lullaby quickly puts him to sleep.
