Presto Change-o (1939) ***

Two little dogs escape a dog catcher and hide in a haunted house. They find a magic rope that performs various tricks and meet a magician-rabbit, a Bugs Bunny prototype (still in his formative stage). An early Chuck Jones cartoon.
