High Plains Drifter (1973) ***
Actor and director Clint Eastwood successfully imitates Sergio Leone in this excellent western.
Live And Let Die (1973) ***
Roger Moore made his debut as James Bond in this uneven spy movie set in the Caribbean. The film has the most memorable Bond girl (Jane Seymour) and a great title song by Paul McCartney. The best action scenes are in the second half of the film.
La Planete sauvage (1973) ***
Innovative animated film about humans fighting against gigantic blue creatures.
A Touch Of Class (1973) ***
Sophisticated comedy about a married insurance agent (George Segal) having a casual affair with a divorcee (Glenda Jackson).
