Dorota Kedzierzawska's film debut doesn't yet reveal her talent and sensitivity so evident in her later masterworks like
"Wrony" (1995) and
"Jestem" (2005). Here, she tells a simple story of young children fascinated by Gypsies, but the allegory is crude and unconvincing.
