Gone In 60 Seconds (2000) **

Another one of Jerry Bruckheimer’s “Wham, bam, thank you, film editor” high-octane action flicks, where the takes are short, the montage is frantic, the gestures are cool, and the story makes absolutely no sense. It’s about a bunch of car thieves (led by Cage and Jolie) who MUST steal 50 cars in 40-something hours, or Cage’s kid brother (Ribisi) will get shot. But two sneaky cops are on their tail and the chase is on.
