Little Televillain (1958) *

The character of Chilly Willy was created by Tex Avery during his brief stint at the Lantz studio in the mid-50's. He directed the first two Chilly Willy cartoons, "I'M Cold" (1954) and "The Legend Of Rockabye Point" (1955). Both were excellent. Unfortunately, later Chilly Willy cartoons were quite mediocre and "Little Televillain" is no exception. It's set in a television studio.
