The Fair-Haired Hare (1951) ***

When Yosemite Sam builds his house on Bugs Bunny's property, the rabbit takes his case to the highest court (set atop the highest mountain). The court declares them joint owners, which encourages Sam to go after Bugs with a big hammer. He even uses dynamite, that sends his house flying, transforming it into a "cabin in the sky".
