A bouncy and effervescent cartoon with Betty Boop and her friends riding a trolley from one town to another (except the trolley isn't moving, the cities are!). People walk on their hands, fishes catch people, bald men get haircuts, women change heads and mice are roaring in cages. Crazy ideas, wacky gags and surrealism galore.
