Remerciements de Jean-Luc Godard à son Prix d'honneur du cinéma suisse (2015) ***
A short experimental film in which Jean-Luc Godard expresses his feelings about receiving an Honorary Award of Swiss Cinema. Unique.
Ave Maria (2015) ***
Amusing short about a family of Jewish settlers stranded in a Catholic monastery in the West Bank on a Sabbath.
A Girl In The River: The Price Of Forgiveness (2015) ***
Powerful documentary about a young Pakistani girl who survives a murder attempt by her father and is pressured by her community to forgive him.
Star (2015) **
"Star" suit le parcours de Tito et Jay, deux frères vivant dans le quartier montréalais de Parc-Extension. Accompagnant ces jeunes dans un quotidien marqué à la fois par la complicité et l'intimidation, "Star" aborde des thématiques chères aux adolescents: l'identité et l'amitié.
Everything Will Be Okay (2015) *
Unpleasant German short about a divorced father trying to kidnap his daughter.
Bear Story (2015) ***
Impressive animated short from Chile, a powerful allegory about political oppression.
Bacon And God's Wrath (2015) ***
Part animation, part live-action. A documentary about a Jewish woman losing her faith.

Concussion (2015) **
Will Smith gives a memorable performance as an immigrant doctor investigating the death of Pittsburgh's football players.
Bridge Of Spies (2015) **
Fine Cold War spy drama about the exchange of Gary Powers for a KGB agent. Based on a true story, and therefore quite predictable.
The Duke Of Burgundy (2015) **
Well-directed film about a very peculiar lesbian relationship. A potentially memorable film ruined by self-censorship.
Furious 7 (2015) **
The action scenes are spectacular, but so unrealistic that they actually reduce the suspense, because we never feel that the protagonists are in any real danger.

Spectre (2015) **
Very disappointing James Bond movie. But the opening sequence, set in Mexico, is impressive. Daniel Craig's weakest 007 film.
Cinderella (2015) *
Ricki And The Flash (2015) *
Meryl Streep plays an aging rock star who abandoned her three children. One of them is played by Mamie Gummer, Streep’s real-life daughter, and their ressemblance is striking. Unfortunately, nothing else is.
Our Brand Is Crisis (2015) *
Totally misguided film about American political consultants involved in a presidential election in Bolivia.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 (2015) *
A very disappointing conclusion of "The Hunger Games" saga. Quite boring, except for an effective finale (a homage of sorts to Fanny Kaplan).
