Tortoise Wins By A Hare (1943) *****

Bugs Bunny challenges the turtle to another race. He hopes to win using a streamlined, "air-flow", metal turtle shell. But a rabbit gambling ring mistakes Bugs for a turtle and clobber him on the head, allowing Cecil Turtle (disguised as a rabbit) to win the race again. Mel Blanc's does a fantastic voice job, fully expressing Bugs' frustration and anger as he yells and screams while desperately trying to win. Directed by Robert Clampett.
