Mr.Magoo undoubtedly knows a good car when he sees one, but since he's almost blind, his judgement should be severely questioned. Here he is, driving his new electric vehicle on the bottom of the sea. Hilarious cartoon, one of Magoo's finest. It deservedly won an Academy Award.
