Rocket-bye Baby (1956) ***

A green toddler from Mars (a victim of an interplanetary mixup) builds his own toy spaceship and returns to his native planet, while a human baby is finally returned to its rightful parents on Earth. But the whole affair turns out to be a dream of an overanxious father waiting in the hospital.
