Tree For Two (1952) ****

A black panther escapes from a zoo and hides among garbage cans. Meanwhile, Sylvester is chased by two weird dogs, tough Spike and pathetic Chester, his one-dog fun club. Unfortunately for Spike, he always mistakes the panther for Sylvester and gets trashed to a pulp. At the end, their roles reversed, Spike becomes an admiring lackey of Chester.
