Red Planet (2000) *

No, it’s not a propaganda film about the Soviet Union winning the Cold War, but a lame science-fiction endeavor about a space mission to Mars. The year is 2057. The Earth is facing an ecological disaster, and everyone is desperately looking for another planet to pollute and destroy. A team of eager space hunks (led by The Matrix’s Moss) is ready to face insurmontable obstacles (solar radiation, sand storms, Martian bugs, etc.) to accomplish the assignment, save the human race and deliver another worthless Hollywood blockbuster.
