The Sculls (2000) *

Directed by Rob Cohen. With Joshua Jackson, Paul Walker and Hill Harper. Quite enjoyable, but hopelessly silly chase thriller about a secret Ivy League society and one brave lad determined to expose its evil ways. The pacing is frantic, but there isn't even a pretense of a coherent plot - the film simply flies by the seat of its pants, hoping nobody will notice just how vacuous (and ridiculous) it is.
