The criminals are psychopats, the cops are even worse (they let a baby play with a handgranade). Be prepared for bloodbaths of apocalyptic proportions. Bob Dole would have a heart attack if he ever saw it. Proof positive that Hollywood doesn't have a monopoly on "nightmares of depravity" - this one comes from France.
