The Isle Of Pingo-Pongo (1938) ***

An excellent Tex Avery cartoon set on a tropical island. It was included among the infamous "Censored Eleven", even though its portrayal of black characters was far less stereotypical than in the other films (they are not seen as cannibals like in "Jungle Jitters").
