Officer Donald has to use his wits to catch a huge and dangerous criminal (played by PegLeg Pete): he pretends to be an abandoned baby and throws a tantrum until Pete gives him a gun to play. Years later, in 1954, Chuck Jones would use the same formula even better in "Baby Buggy Bunny" by reversing the roles and having Bugs Bunny taking care of a criminal disguised as a todler.
