Smile Darn Ya Smile (1931) ***

Foxy (Warners' imitation of Mickey Mouse) plays a trolley engineer in this musical cartoon which compares quite favorably with similar Disney's efforts from that period (like 1929's "Mickey's Choo-Choo" - a clear inspiration for this film). Very derivative, but enjoyable.
