According to the credits, "Wabbit Twouble" was directed by Wobert Cwampett (which probably stands for Robert Clampett, who worked for Warner Bros at the time). The cartoon itself is a delight, with Bugs playing some practical jokes on Elmer (who's much fatter here than in his earlier and later films).
