The Three Bears (1935) ***

A little girl plays hide-and-seek with a lazy dog, who falls asleep while counting. She tries to hide in a little house, but the resident bears don't take kindly to having their meals eaten and beds destroyed. An excellent adaptation of the classic tale, with truly exciting chases and some nice musical interludes. Directed by Ub Iwerks.
