Robin Hoodlum (1948) ****

The first film released theatrically by UPA (United Productions of America), starring Columbia-Screen Gems cartoon characters Fox and Crow (playing Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham, respectively). This Oscar-nominated film introduced a new style of graphic designs and a less realistic animation of movement. An excellent cartoon in every respect.
