In Tom and Jerry's film debut the cat is still called Jasper, but he already enjoys tormenting the poor mouse, painting false holes on walls and holding the poor creature by the tail. But Mammy Two-Shoes warns Jasper not to break any more dishes and Jerry finds an ideal way of blackmailing his tormentor.
