Bugs And Thugs (1954) ***

Bugs Bunny witnesses a bank robbery and gets involved with ruthless gangsters Rocky and Mugsy. The funniest gag has the rabbit replacing a missing wheel. Slow at first, the film gathers more momentum in the second half.
