A minor work from Luis Bunuel, a well-made, amusing comedy about two drunks stealing as streetcar and taking it for a ride. The second in Bunuel's "Mexican folklore trilogy", preceded by
"Subida al cielo" (1952) and followed by
"El Rio y la muerte" (1955).
